My freezer has a door you pull down to access it. I turn the fridge off then crumble a paper towel or two and wedge them towards the hinge area of the freezer door. This keep the freezer door open which in turn keeps the fridge door propped open.

Ours were in the freezer when we bought the camper. They work, sometimes, but there has to be a better way.

Mine has a Norcold which has the little buttons on the handles to latch it open. Honestly they are there--here is a pic from the manual:

Ours has the little button that Jerry9n mentions. Push that button and the door stays propped open about a quarter inch.

What you want are called Dometic airing position cards, part number 3850781-01. Link.
These things are INSANELY hard to find. I'm lucky to have not lost the two that came with my refrigerator, and they do a very good job at keeping door open enough to allow air to circulate when the fridge is not being used.

Chuck, this is what you have if yours is a Dometic. It did take me awhile to figure how just how to use them but they work pretty well. Just make sure you remove them before you tow the trailer. I forgot one time when I took the trailer home for its storage lot and the door flapped around for a few miles. No damage and it proved to be one of those lucky lessons for me.
