Thanks Sal: We will probably see you to cool off next summer. We loved the look of your park, and your alpine mountain region when we went by last spring. You were not there.
Thanks for advice. I have an amigo in Melaque who has found a way to extend the permit, and he tested it by flying out and leaving the car. The computer data base knew he had brought in a car on his FMM, and he had an FM 3. My next issue is expat insurance. I am reasonably confident of self insuring with the option of flying back as I will have permission from my MSP .
It all gets complicated but the savings of not having to head North to the cold damp summer outweighs the complications.
