I have a 2012 KZ Sportsman toy hauler, this is the first weekend that we have used it. All went well for the first time out. When we returned home and tried to disconnect the unit our front electric jacks quit working. Everything electric is working except the jacks. We had to hand crank them, which I don't plan to do too often. Does anyone have any suggestions? My thought is the motor might have burned out, but you wound not think so on a brand new unit. Thanks for any advice.

Check for a loose ground. From time to time I would have to loosen the bolts holding the jack and retighten to improve the ground.
