I think you must consider that Marcus may be making decisions not based on personal convictions but rather to protect his business from the crazies that exist in our world. No CEO wants negative publicity for his company and there are a lot of "Eco-nut cases" out there and he knows that hunters are reasonable, rational people who make decisions based on whats best for them not in some crazy attempt to establish "animal rights" in the court of public opinion. I do. Not as often as I used to, but I still do. Actually planning a trip in two years to head West and the camper will be my hunting lodge for the week.

I'm too cheap and lazy to do my own hunting- a bad habit encouraged by the fact that I have friends who generously supply me with some fresh wild game now and then.

Why do you think he would be surprised?

He seems intelligent, aware of events, informed.....doesn't strike me as one who doesn't think, analyze, way options before making a decision.

Surprised......doubt it.

Oh, by the way I hunt/fish when I can BUT I'm not a Good Sam Member so don't count me in your survey.
Besides what Mr. Lemonis does or doesn't do has no effect on what I do or don't do. He does for his own and I do for mine.....simple.

I go water fowl hunting in the midwest every fall. Each trip last about a month. I look forward to it every year.
