My gosh, how things can happen so quickly!! You have my deepest sympathy for your loss - the kitties and the 5er. I commend you on your attitude, and urge you to "hang in there".
I don't know what GS could do in your situation, but I do know that the customer rep should have been, at the least, polite!!! Even sympathetic, it must have been obvious that you were shook to the core - I would expect the rep to be kind.
I hope that sometime in the future you will find it in your heart to adopt a kitty or 2. There are so many cats waiting for that forever home. Heal your heart first, then open it to the joy of adoption.
God bless you

I wonder how the OP is doing on this issue? This really has caught a lot of peoples eyes in other boards and forums. After watching the video, it has made me think twice and 3 times on things that could have happened and what can I do to help prevent this in my rig.
So sorry for your loss, especially the loss of the cherished pets.
