Ate it too fast to take any photos.

After standard dogs and burgers with a side of baked beans, I made a fresh SC peach cobbler with fresh NC blueberries mixed together with a little lemon juice and zest.

Arranged the fruit in a 9 x 13 glass pan on top of base of melted butter and a Bisquick, sugar and milk batter. Sprinkled fruit with some brown sugar, cinnamon and fresh grated nutmeg.

Served with Briar's vanilla ice cream, and my big brother had two bowls.

I don't have any pics availible, but I did make some killer BBQ chicken on my Webber kettle grill. We put some SBR's on it and tasted perfect. (Hickory smoke too!)

Yes! I agree you did make some awesome chicken! I managed to get a picture of it. It was very good and the baked beans were awesome too.

Thanks again for all your hard work

Give me some of those recipes. I'm not much of a cook. Anything will do ,something different. It all looks so Good. I cook chicken but it turns out dry and the rib rub I use burns the ribs. HELP!!!!!!!!!!! Thank You Very Much for helping this old lady.

You are cooking too fast over a too hot fire. Low and slow is the secret to chicken, ribs, etc. Steak can be cooked on the hot fire.
