If we are dry camping and using the generator, I have the Gen turi installed. Wouldn't be without it.

Double Ditto !

We originally bought it for NASCAR infield use, as it is required, and now, always use it for dry camping. Takes 2 minutes to set up.

Question about the Gen-turi. I looked at one at Camping World the other day and plan to buy it in a few weeks. I love the idea but i'm curious about one aspect which I have not seen covered. The Diesel Exhaust on mine is at the bottom of my RV and is tilted down. If you install a Gen-turi which then points up will it not collect rain water? If not then how is this prevented, I didn't see a cap on top of the Gen-turi stack or any preventive measure to ensure water doesn't get trapped. I have an Onan Generator which is pretty quiet I was curious how much noise dampening effect that the Gen-turi actually has.

Where the plastic vertical pipe meets the stainless steel "elbow", it is open for about 2" where it reduces down in diameter to meet the elbow. What ever small amount of rain water that enters the top of the pipe would run down the inside of the pipe and simply fall out of the bottom.
