We also purchased our first toy hauler from worst rv. Our microwave caught on fire, our gas leaked, and worst of all they didn't install my brake controller properly which i didn't notice for over 2 years!!!! 2 years of driving without trailer brakes.
NEVER AGAIN.

Cmon man!! How are you going to drive for two years without trailer brakes and not know about it? Don't you ever test your trailer brakes before you haul your trailer? Astounds me that someone is going blame thier ignorance and stupidity on someone else. Not that I condone or support "worst" RV but take a little ownership on your own mistakes when they are clearly in your power to remedy before you go and blame someone else.

Who me? Block me? Look at my past history before you go judging me. I have done more than my share to help people out on this forum. I have been on this forum for over six years. I don't post or visit every day but I visit often. So you are going to reccommend that I be blocked because it annoys me when someone posts something that I think is suspect? It's called checks and balances. If you are going to bad mouth someone, make sure that you aren't making yourself look like an idiot while you are doing it or you are going to get called out on it. It's that simple. As for the individual with the trailer brake issue. I apologize for my statement. Apparently you were checking your brakes but it sounded like you were not and it made you look like you were bad mouthing someone for your own mistake. So I will retract what was said in good faith and honor. Because I am not too proud to apologize. But please folks, don't be so swift to pass judgment on someone because they are trying to keep cyber bullies on these forums from just talking BS without a face to back it up. So if any of you have a problem with a little old fashioned throwing the BS flag up, then go ahead and recommend that I be blocked. Otherwise your .02 cents is not welcomed without anything valid to back it up GRILLMEISTER.

To the OP--great looking rig! I once bought from a horrible salesman but I loved the service department so was ok with taking my trailer in for warranty work (but I know you are too far away)...it's amazing how different some departments are in the same dealership.
To some of the others--the general attitude on this forum is often times confrontational and rude...it's really too bad because there are so many people on here with great knowledge and experience to learn from. I don't post very often because I don't want to get caught up in the******spewing but will continue to do my mostly daily reading...

This thread went south quick. Taking the new TH up to the Oregon dunes next week for its maiden voyage. We will be at Riley Ranch campground the 2nd-4th and at Discovery Point park in Winchester bay for the 5-7th. Come on by if you are up that way and we'll go for a ride. Bringing the RZR 4 and Raptor.

rangerburger wrote: As a few of you know I've been shopping for a toy hauler for a long time. Finally picked one up yesterday. Drove 11 hours round trip to pick it up. Bought from Best RV in Turklock who turned out to be total scum bags. Do not support these dirt bags! Quoted me a price with a 5 year warranty and then when I got there they claimed the warranty was another $2,500 and showed me a number that we never discussed. After we went back and forth for a while they ended up getting me for $1,250 but at least I got the trailer I wanted. It's going to cost those guys a lot more than that in the long run. Several of my friends want TH's and I would have sent them to these guys. I will say that the service guys were cool and the guy that did my PDI/walkthrough with me was very thorough and helpful. Just the salesmen and owner were lame.
I had almost settled for a lesser trailer a couple months back but I'm glad I waited. Did a very thorough walk through of the unit and surprisingly everything worked! Tom Boles PDI checklist came in very handy.
It weighs in at 11,180lbs dry. My 3/4 ton Dodge short bed towed it just fine. I have the B and W turnover ball hitch in my truck so I had them put a goose neck adapter on. When the highway was rough it did jerk the truck around a bit. When it was smooth I hardly noticed it was back there. We'll see how it does when loaded with water, gas, and toys. I'd love to get a dually.
34' Attitude with two slides. I haven't measured it yet but I think it's longer than 34'. I can fit the RZR4 and the RZR170 in it. There were very few trailers that would fit our toys and could still be towed with a 3/4 ton. Planning a trip to Coos Bay in the next few weeks. Can't wait. The kids and wife are stoked.
Mod Edit: Adjusted photo width and language.
Congratulation on your new Toy Hauler… Sweet look rig! I have had my eye on the same rig. Right now I have a 2009 Attitude 27FSAKG bumper pull but we are looking at upgrading to a 5er. Do you know what the inside width is with the couch slide in?

I'll get some measurements for you when I load up next week. I know it is wider than the kitchen area.
Any advice on reducing gas smells from the RZR4 and Raptor while I travel?

I guess there's no gas shutoff. Are they fuel injected? If not I'd drain the tank and run the carbs dry. If their injected there's nothing you can do.
Once you get them out the smell will be gone.

I don't think you will have gas smells with the RZR 4. I never did with my RZR. You might have it with the 170, it's probably carbureted. Didn't have gas smells with my Polaris quads either and they both had carbs.

PS: nice rig, I'm trying to talk the wife into something like this, I need the space.

The 4 and raptor have EFI. The 170 has a carb but won't be going on this trip.
