Can anyone explain to me why the Cougar's have the XLite for the East Coast and the "1/2 Ton" models for west coast? I am seeing an XLite 29RBK that I am highly interested in (like a Laredo 291TG), but they don't seem to offer that where I'm at (WA state).

The XLite's seem a lot more slick than the 1/2 ton models.

Not really sure, but the west coast counterpart of my trailer looks different. It weighs less, and doesn't have the areodynamic front-end. Not sure why the two models would be different. Maybe they thought the sleek front wouldn't appeal to west-coasters? Who knows.
