Well after lurking on this forum for hours and reading all the recommendations and opinions by forum members, I finally pulled the trigger on some LT235/85 R16 BFG Commercial T/A tires.

Thanks to all of you who continuely post on the lengthy ST vs LT tire threads. It was very helpful. I will post again after my first trip with the new shoes.

Be interested to hear what you think. Our fiver had BFGs and they were great, never a problem.

I replaced them due to age, went with Michelin XPS ribs which have also been great.
