You are the Captain of your ship. You are the "decider". I just hope the rest understand and adhere to the rules of the road.

Thank god its only 85. My little diesel smart car computer cuts the fuel to the injectors at exactly 85 mph. "She just don't go NO faster."
The gasser smart cars go 90.

Even though the posted limit may be that high doesn't mean you should or could travel at that speed. In Washington State there are places where the speed limit is 70 and most drive at 80 or above. I drive the MH at 55 to 60 and stay in the right lane. I'm not in a hurry and why be. When driving the family SUV I drive at 65 to 70 and flow with traffic. The faster you drive the more gas you burn and at $4.30 a gallon here that is alot of money.

No problem for me, the cars pass me when the speed limit is 65; they pass me when it is 75; and they will pass me at 85. As far as driving my RV is concerned the speed the other drivers are going isn't a concern. I'm thinking that 85mph is quite common on most rural interstates that I drive anyway.

You wouldn't see me on any interstate in a "Smart Car" Those appear to be more for town, or, housing development use, and not for the open road.
