We go to be with family and friends we sit around campfire, cook 2-3 times a day that includes everybody with us. We go to flea markets and local atractions and sometimes we do nothing just depends on the trip itself.
It really depends on who's going, the purpose of the trip, and available activities. When we go up to the lake we mostly just relax with the campfire and swimming, in season. When we go down to Florida we laze around, go to the beach, eat a bunch of fresh seafood and visit with the in-laws. Usually it's too hot for a campfire. When we go up to the NOrth Georgia mountains we relax with a campfire, walking, hayride, play on the playground and do a little sight-seeing.
When we relax, we read books by the fire and drink sangria, and maybe watch a video. We aren't very sporty people. DH is disabled so we keep it pretty tame. Our kids go once in a while, but they stay in their tent. When Christian goes we're a lot more active. He's mentally disabled and loves loves LOVES to walk. So we walk and we eat. Then we walk some more. He's not much for watching TV or reading.

Me & DH in non-parenting mode!
Hubby enjoys fishing, taking walks, campfires, grilling and having a few beers.
I enjoy reading, walking, puzzles, word search type games, swimming (if warm and absolute zero chance of alligator) and just spending time inside and outside my new to us traveling palace. Also love board games, but never enough people to play just yet.
We are planning on getting bikes real soon. Love to camp-
