I also had to wonder, After talking to the guy. It was clear his wife told him she wanted and got a Condo. LOL That and a few other things changed. So he put it up for sale.
Let me tell you the 5 days between finding it on line and seeing it in person. I had lots of thoughts, here I have overnighted $5000. To hold the unit unit I could get to it Friday. Thinking while making the 8 hour trip. This is just way to good to be true. I have never ran up on a deal like this one.
Got there and was WOW pinch me and make sure I'm not dreaming.. Wife even told me Sunday after we got back home from Church that she woke up 4 am Sunday morning. Wondering if the last 2 days had been a dream. But she looked out the window. Our Truck camper is sitting there and behind it peaking out from under the RV shed is that Paint job on the front of it.
So now going to have to add 20ft to the RV shed. As when we put it up, we only needed it to be 30ft deep and 35ft wide. So now with a 40ft the 5th wheel building is growing by 20ft.
You open the door and that new smell hits you. He bought it in Oct 2011 so it has been stored inside a enclosed Building the rest of the time. Even the frame is spotless. Not a spot of rust or speck of dirt. Until we started home and ran through hours of floods..

Used the camper 5 days and nights last week, it only made me want to stay in it full time. So after this week, I may just set it up for a month. Shoot I can be by the river and full hookups for what our electric bill runs at home for the month. So cut the AC off at home and kick back in the Camper for a month. Sounds good to me. Plus have the boat in the water within 5 minutes and be fishing..
Only down side, is how to keep the company going and orders shipped out with me gone LOL.
