I don't believe the attached levels on my used Four Winds. They appear to be attached with adhesive and they move.

What would be the most accurate place to use the trusty 4' carpenter level to get a true reading, level it up and refasten the levels? I'm thinking the rear bumper/stinky slinky holder for port to starboard and the bottom of the coach sides for fore-aft.

I have always "calibrated" off a couple spots on the floor and kitchen counter. Find a happy medium and attach levels with a couple screws.

Use the bottom of the fridge. It's the most important thing to have level and if it's ok then everything else is close enough.

I would find a level parking surface somewhere that you can double check with your 4' level....then mount your new stick on levels...I use a small circular bubble level I place on the counter or stove top...then when I'm level I put it back in the drawer...mines only 23' so I can level it pretty close by eye...then just drive it in blocks if it's a little off level...hope this helps

ScottG is right, The fridge is the only thing that is spec'd for off level. Of course, its nice to be able to keep the eggs in the frying pan.

The bottom of the fridge. But leveling with a 4 foot level is way overkill. Half a bubble is all that's needed. It's easy to really overdo these things. I use a 8" level, or my iPhone, Android phone leveling App.

I also like my shower to drain without an inch of soapy water sitting in a corner. My shower isn't quite level so I have to compensate for that when leveling.

I have mine on the dash.

Make sure you are dead level and stick them into place.
Two of them, for left to right and one for back to front.

Works great. You don't have to get away from your seat to find a level spot.

I've done the same but I used a round bubble, I call it a cat's eye bubble, glued to the engine cover.

If we are level enough that the floor seems OK to us that is good enough. Newer refrigerators don't require as much as the older ones did. We just use the levelers to get us good.
