I recently spent the night at the Campingworld in Greenwood, Indiana. There was plenty of space and a free electric (50amp & 30amp)outlet. Just needed to check in with the front desk. It was safer than a rest area and quieter than a WM. I would not normaly do this, but wanted to drive late and leave early, not disturbing other campers.
These are the kind of info things that should be provided on the web site. They have a store locator, and a page for each store. It wouldn't be a stretch to add a facilities page for each store that listed parking limitations, whether overnighting is permitted (which would be a super business promotion), if a dump station is available (my local store doesn't have one, contrary to popular belief not all do), maximum rig lengths their shop can handle, services the shop offers, and whether they sell RV's (again, my local store does not).
While on vacation, I pulled my 30 foot TT into the Camping World lot in Tacoma Washington. After we did our shopping I tried to get out of the parking lot and ended up hitting another vehicle with the back of the trailer when I was trying to turn the unit. I should have looked before trying to drive out but this was in an RV lane where this other driver parked his van that did not have a trailer attached. I know the accident was my fault but that lot is too small to serve Rvers.
I was on vacation this past week to Myrtle Beach. I went to 1 of the CW locations there and they did have RV parking space... the unfortunate part was that all the RV spaces were taken by jerks without RV's double parking in the long spots out front. I guess it was too much for people to walk the extra 20' from around the side of the building where the traditional parking lot was located

You talking about the one on 544? Its best to park along the fence behind sonic if you can. The spaces out front are always taken, as the spaces on the sides usually are to whenever we have stopped there. Plus, you will have a hard time getting out of there if you pull into one of those spots in front. You will have to back out of it. And it's very tight...
The CW on 501 is a much better place to shop. Bigger store and bigger parking lot.
