On the way up to Flagstaff this weekend! I was amazed as I had never seen that before. I was going 65 in a 75 and was being passed on the left legally but someone wanted to get around me faster, so all of a sudden I hear the rumble of the shoulder tarmac and a white pickup zipping by me on the right. What a crazy world it is!
We're hooked!

I had a guy many years ago, pass me on the left shoulder, in a pickup all I saw was sparks of him bouncing off the guardrail, it was at night quite a show..

The only way I have found to fix stupid involves a very large roll of duct tape & a wall. You figure it out.....

I am brand new to towing a travel trailer and it is quite an adjustment for me. I'm a curtious driver and even in my car, I'm quick to get out of peoples way, etc. With the trailer, I now have to accept that I can't keep out of everyone's way....some people will just have to live with me doing the best I can do. Hope I'm the biggest problem in their day.

What a crazy world it is! That happened to us a couple of months ago on I-70 going towards DC. The noise of the guy on the rumble strips scared the **** out of us! Our son who lives down there told us to get used to it. 
Oh - and we were going the speed limit...

On a two lane road I was passing someone (in my RV) going about 50 mph and as I was passing I had someone passing me in the left side shoulder. That was crazy because after he got around me I almost didn't have time to get back in the right lane to avoid oncoming traffic.
