Has anyone had any resent problems buying furniture from Discountvan&truck.com in California, or are the prices to good to be true. I did read some bad reviews for 2010?

I used them for two different sets of furniture in 2006 and 2009 in two different coaches. I had good service and the product arrived as promised.
I can't say what the business is like now. I dealt directly with Ivas Berzins who may or may not be there now. The economy is not doing well and many businesses are struggling. You live close enough to make a visit to their shop. I worked with them online and by phone only.

I used them and highly recommend them. Everything was done and shipped early and before it was supposed to be shipped. Very pleasent to talk to and very good work done. My furniture was bought this spring. Good luck.

Checked them out , looked like nice stuff but the shipping was brutal

Hi all;
Thank u guys for my frist 3 post, I have not posted any thing since 07. Allways reading topics, I just came from a 20' Toy hauler 2 a 40'DP big diff.
my DP has desk and recliners in the slides' want sofas. So OO Buck when u say BRUTAL what was it about the shipping. Thanks in advance

Roger, Mine was shipped to NH and was very good rates. I ship all the time and they were in the ball park. Nothing excessive.

I've heard good things about them, but lately I've just been putting in regular home furniture (slightly modified).
4 whopping cylinders on Toyota RV's. Talk about great getting good MPG. Also I have a very light foot on the pedal. I followed some MPG advice on Livingpress.com and I now get 22 MPG! Not bad for a home on wheels.

Boy this is timely....We just took delivery of our New Stratford jack knife lounger in cream leather LAST NITE at the freight terminal in Fresno, CA. (Don't ask why that happened) Our RV dealer put the sofa in the deal, but it took 5 weeks to come to a conclusion. Comedy of errors during the process but everything in the end turned out well, and it is the busy season.
That being said, the sofa was packaged very well inside a cardboard box strapped on a pallet. Stamped all over, NO STACKING, etc. I was impressed. Once we opened the box again I was not disappointed. I have seen Villa (very nice)and we currently have Flexsteel driver and co-pilot chairs.
Stitching was nice and quality for the price was acceptable, frame was sturdy. Today I mounted it permanently with lags into our slide out where a recliner and computer desk had been. They advertise ours at $1059 and looking at the internet Flexsteel and Villa come in at over $2000 each for leather.
Even with all the frustration of waiting so far we are very happy with our Stratford J lounge from Discount RV Furniture.
