Im having problems with mine, its 6 months old. This trip it kept saying low battery, finally figured it was a faulty usb cord for car charger. Now it keeps freezing up,or wont start up. I have tried reset port. Anybody have this problem and how did you fix it. When I get home im sending it back ,to see what campers world or Rand will do.It has been used very little, didnt bring my old one,so now this vacation cant use it. Surprizing how much we rely on them know.

We had the same problem with ours - Call them - don't wait to get home. Camping World will only warranty it for 1 month and Rand McNally won't take it back without trying to work through the problem. If you are in the middle of a trip I would suggest trying a new charger to get you through. We spent some phone time working with them after our trip and that was our problem. Good Luck!

Why don't you dock your unit on your computer, go to tools and do a diagnostics/repair? There maybe a corupt file/s. Then check for avaliable updates.
