Hello everyone
I'd like to know if any one has installed a axle disconnect to a 2wheel drive Toyota FJ ..?
I would like to tow it but concerned about any damage long term to the vehicle. ! I hate to make a change to the FJ and then have axle or drive shaft problems later..our second choice is borrowing a 2012 Kia accent which will just need a dolly for the front wheel drive if anyone has input on the Toyota FJ. I'd appreciate the info

My Relatives have a drive line disconnect on a two wheel drive Toyota pick up that works just fine. Read the manual or talk to a Toyota dealer. It is right in front of the differential unit and is engage by a lever and a cable spring loaded setup.
