It sounds as if they got slammed with life member applications during this reduced price. Although my membership went through without a hiccup, my packet hasn't arrived yet. Mike contacted via pm and has looked into it. Apparently they send batches to the print shop electronically and there was aproblem with the transmission and were sent again. My packets was supposedly mailed out over 2 weeks ago. But I still haven't received it. I will be patient with it and follow mikes directions to get this taken care of. But it does sound like the different areas that deal with all this were not really ready and they were overwhelmed. Shows how good of a deal this is. Lol

Just got off the phone with them... very nice lady called and was incredibly apologetic. She took another $10 off the rate because of the delay. Never had so much trouble giving a company my money!!!
I am of this era of doing things online and via emaile. I am learning that the way my parents and grandparents handled things (phone) sometimes works better. Lol
