Am gathering pricing information on Eternabond and would like to know if anyone has used an alternative product that they have been pleased with? There seem to be several out there. I have a higher degree of trust from this forum. Eternabond seems to have an excellent reputation. An alternative high quality product at lower cost would be beneficial. THANKS!!!

I am not sure where you have gathered your pricing from for Eternabond ? I have yet to come across an alternative to Eternabond, with something like this you get what you pay for quality wise...I am not sure if you have shopped on Amazon but you can get a 37' long roll of 4" wide roll of Eternabond for 67$ shipped....I think its relatively cheap considering it will waterproof all the seams on your unit! Maybe others can chime in if there is an alternative ?

One product that is similar to Eternabond is Seal-Fast Tape.
I've never used it and I don't know the price compared to Eternabond.
I'll continue to use Eternabond, I know it works.

The cost of the produce for once in a lifetime application is not a concern especially when there is no known equal. 2X on what others have said.

Dicor tape and Dura-Bond are two others, but there is not much price difference.

Today I ordered 2 50 ft rolls of 4 inch from Roofing Supply USA which comes up to the website bigrocksupply.com. My total cost, including shipping, was $115.00.
I'm certainly looking forward to this project. Thanks to everyone who supplied tips and information.
Have a GREAT week-end!!!

Seems to have a grep reputation here but video makes it look too easy I need to do put some attention to our roof and might give the eternabond a try.

It is almost that easy. Cutting it when it is warm is a little harder than in the video because the scissors gums up after multiple cuts but nothing too serious. Getting the protective film off takes a little practice. I put down a test piece to remove later and it had excellent adhesion.
