Have you tried anything else in the microwave's outlet...it will be behind the microwave, or in an adjacent cupboard. If the outlet is okay, your microwave is dead. There are some thermal fuses inside, but you need some electronic know-how to open them up and diagnose. New units are not too expensive.

If you ck the plug and its ok then inside the Microwave there is a fuse and it may have blown. Used to own a sandwich shop and the Microwaves were going out now and then, big buck to replace, then someone told me about the little $.50 fuse and did the work and wa-la back in service for cheap. so ck that out if the plug is good.

FWIW... There won't be a fuse for the microwave. It'll be on a circuit breaker like the ones in your house. The fuses are for the 12 volt systems.

As said earlier it's probably something internal on the microwave.

Granted mine is now 6 years old but it indeed has a fuse in it that popped. Had to pull itfrom it's cubby hole and remove the outer shell to get at it.

First check your RV breakers. If none are tripped shut off all of them and reset all of them. These are known to not pop the lever all the way so that you see it, but enough to cut power AND can cause a fire from the resistance.

The micro is tied into the GFI outlet.

Find your GFI which is usually in the bathroom and reset it. Even if the button is in, trip it and reset it, the micro will come back on. The GFI switch wears out and you might have to replace it if the reset button won't work for you.

GFI outlet looks like this:

"We must be willing to get rid of the life we've planned,
so as to have the life that is waiting for us".
