I am looking for any Kodiak owners with the thermarest bunkends to see if anyone has any issues with their campers. We have an issue with the front side box leaking on the large door side. We found that the water channel had been bent from folding up the arms and we are trying to figire out how to correct his problem. We have also decided to pitch the thermarest mattresses and to go with blow up ones. I also need to clean the canvas and the instructions said to use a mild soap. I was going to use ivory dish soap, I figured it would be mild enough. Any feedback would be helpful.

We have blue and white ones 2009. I really like the newer ends on the 2013, newer updated hybrids look so nice. We have pop up gizmos they help keep our ends clean and cut down on condensation. We had a leak but resealed at the top of the bunk and has not leaked since but we do have a wet spot bottom of bunk from the leak we need to monitor. We use mean green or mr clean pads from Walmart on our awning but unsure if they would be good for the bunk ends. We use magic foam 2" and electric mattress covers to help make the beds more comfortable.
