I was headed home yesterday and a bunch of RVers had really bad days

There was the rear-kitchen fifth wheel near Moses Lake, loaded on a large flat-bed, that had caught fire in the rear.

There was the Motorhome near George that went into the median ditch and hit the cable barrier and tore up the drivers side fairly badly.

There was the travel-trailer, in the ditch near Ellensberg, with the front end well torn up and covered with a tarp.

Lastly there was the frame of the motorhome, burned out to a pile of ashes, parked on the shoulder near the summit of the pass.

Several people had really bad RV days

When someone tells you to buy the same rig they own, listen, they might be right. When they tell you to buy a different rig then they own, really pay attention, they probably know something you don't.

Last week, we saw a TT in the median ditch torn to bits in NM-285 just north of Roswell. You could see cabinets, mattresses, furniture since it was torn wide open.

The tow truck driver was trying to figure out how to tow it. It was gone when we made the return trip.

You missed another one. In Cle Elum at the RV park on the southside of the freeway three trailers burned to the ground in the storage lot. This was about an hour before the TT flipped on I-90 near Thorp. I really wanted to take a picture of that one but that wasnt safe stopping thee.

Holy cow, I'm glad we're headed north on Thursday, nowhere near I-90.

The tow truck was working on pulling that one out when I went by, looked like the original truck was in the ditch still connected.

We are at Whispering Pines RV Park in Cle Elum and were here yesterday when the fire started. It appears it started in a Class C motorhome and spread to two adjacent trailers. The local fire department and District 7 responded very quickly with two pumpers and two tankers. They had the fire out in about fifteen minutes. The destroyed units were being stored in an open lot.

The volunteer firemen did mention it had been a really busy morning.
