Not sure if OP was asking about pin boxes or hitches....If pin box, why not use the one that will come with the 5er', or if a nicer one is an option, which one is it and how much does it cost...If purchasing a brand new 5er and one wants to put an "after market" pin box on, make sure RV manufacturer will honor your 5er warranty if you switch out "their" pin box.
IF OP is talking about a 5er hitch, just do some research, depends on how deep your pockets are....Mine is a Reece 20K Signature hitch, (4 way pivot)...works great for me....but there are SO many out there to be had, you'll just have to look at your truck and your 5er to figure which will work best for you.

I've got the Trail Air pinbox Clicky Thingy along with the Center Point Air Ride System enterpoint&catid=34">Other Clicky Thingy and i would install them on my next fiver without a second thought. When towing my 15.000LBS.+ fiver down the road she floats,i get no chucking and an extremely stable ride which in my opininion makes for an extremely safe and stress-free ride for both me and Frau Blücher. Once i stopped en route and opened a bottle of water and left it on the counter, when i stopped for fuel later i noticed it was still sitting up-right where i left it so i have to wonder weather or not that the smooth ride could equate to far less wear and tear on components and our belongings inside our rig,it's really something to take in consideration! Oh and my rig sits on a Lippert frame with Lippert components and such and i'm quit pleased with the quality,i often see Lippert being bashed ten ways to sunday in this forum,am i the only one that's had no problems?
