Does anyone know the best time of year to go to Forest City to have Winnibago do some work on you coach? We are planning a trip out that way and would like to stop in Forest City to try and get some things repaired on the coach.

Why not just call them instead of getting second hand info. You'll end up calling them anyway to make an appointment....PHEW!!!

Yes call them, but do not expect anything in July. They have the WIT Grand National Rally about the 2nd or 3rd week of July and time is reserved for rally guests.

I've only been there once, but I was treated like Royalty. "My" technician came out, introduced himself, made certain he understood my requests, called me when the work was complete, walked through each request with me to see if I was satisfied, then showed me some other items that needed attention (like roof caulk around a vent) which he just took care of. Absolutely worth the drive to Forest City when I get treatment like that!!

Yes make an appointment.
You can just drive up. But it is still first come on the daily draw. With appointments first.
We did the drive up one time. Arrived on a Monday was about #3 in the door. Could not get worked on for 2 more days. Was no problem as we were not in a hurry and expected to wait. Had free electric hook up.

Some years back took a free plant tour(3 RV's), then ask what they might charge to plug in and stay the night. They said enjoy, no cost. Very nice folks!! Paul
