I have a 2011 aerolite 215bhks. The bathroom is teeny (probably this way in most tt?) New to owning a TT just had a popup before and it had no potty. I need a place to hang towels. It came with just hooks above the toilet. Not fond of these because the towels dont dry well and they get in the way of using the toilet. Normally I would just hang over the shower rod but there isnt one. The curtain is hung from a track in the ceiling.
My husband hung his towel over the door when he was done, of course this did not please me as I am concerned about water damage to the cheap door. I saw an option for an over the door towel bar but not pleased with this either as our interior fixtures are mostly oiled brass and could only find chrome but also because its a cramped trailer and I dont need something else to run into.
I dont like the idea of putting holes in the walls either. Anyone have any suggestions or am I just being too picky? We are big people and use bath sheet sized towels :/

You could try a spring-loaded shower curtain rod and put it on the wall behind the toilet and high to the ceiling No holes, and if it does not work there, you can move it somewhere else. We have 4 of these in our TT for different reasons: To hang towels, to divide the aisle to make 2 changing (private) areas, hung with just a blanket, and 2 of them to hang clip-on fans and clip on lights over the beds. Works great, no holes, no screws, and can be easily moved, re-moved, or adjusted at will. You can get them a Wall Mart or Bed Bath and Beyond. Start with just one. Should not cost but a few dollars and is a PRICELESS addition to your RV.

I use a sturdy six prong belt / scarf hanger. It can hang on a closet rod or you can hang it almost anywhere, including outside for a bit to dry the towels in the sun and then bring it inside.
Towels folded in half and stacked against a wall or door do not dry.

I dont know why I didnt think of the spring loaded bar idea! I did not like the hooks because it takes the towels too long to dry. dutchmansport thanks for the response!
Leaving towels on the floor is not an option

I put a spring rod, up high, across the inside the shower. When we are done with showers I hang the towels in there with clips to dry all day.

We got rid of the track like you have for the shower curtain and installed the Extend A Shower rod. Solves a couple issues; gives more elbow room in the shower and as ab added bonus you can throw your wet towels over it. One of the best accessories I ever installed. See it here:
