Has anyone ever been to this park? We will be there this weekend and was just wondering how it is. Thanks

Yes I have been there before. No amenities except for a laundry. Has full hookups and level sites. The sites towards the front have limited tree cover and you get a good bit of road noise. According to other reviews on RVPARKREVIEWS.COM the sites back in the woods are more shaded and the road noise is not as noticeable as the ones towards the front. Not an destination park for sure but an ideal base to go to Savannah since it is about 10 miles from there.

We stayed there for 2 weeks earlier this year. Good utlities but no bath house. We were near the front but really did not notice road noise. WiFi worked well. If you are a Passport America member, they accept it almost year round, Apr and May being the exception. It is an easy drive to the tourist area of Savannah.

We stayed there a few years ago and did not have any problems. We used our Passport America and saved a bunch of money. We were not looking for a park with lots of amenities since we were spending most of our time in Savannah. It is, in my opinion, the easiest location to get to Savannah quickly.

I have used it several times while visiting friends in the area. It is basic, but very serviceable. The only drawback for some, is no bath house. We use our onboard facilities - so no problem for us. Check the directions; the route # was recently changed - so your gps might get confused. The directions on their website is accurate.
