Has anyone have any information on what's happening at HWH?
Historically HWH had awesome Customer Service. If you called you were transferred to a tech and usually got the information you needed.
Today if you call HWH for either parts or Tech Support you will be told they will return you call....in about "Two Weeks"??? Really!
Apparently, there has been a big change at HWH. Does anyone have any information on what's going on at HWH???

The last info I saw on HWH was they will only talk with dealers.
They no longer take calls or sell parts to the public.

I have sent four email requests over the last three weeks. Have received nothing, not even an acknowledgement.
Called them today. They took my name and number. They asked if I was an owner. I asked if they still looked at emails. Lady said yes.
Guess I will give up.

Maybe this is what we are running into??? If that's the case why not simply say so.
I just got a reply to a reply on another forum saying that repairs done at the HWH facility was awesome.
I'm confused???

I called them in mid-June and it took 24 hours for them to return my call but I ordered a set of return springs with no problem. Not exactly what I would call immediate customer service but they got the job done.
Sorry they aren't responding in a timely manner to you.

My HWH jack just came in today! It took 10 days for it to get to the repair shop from when the order was placed.

Since the 2008 financial meltdown, HWH has cut back drastically. Service techs (dealers) get priority. E Mail is the fastest way to communicate. I use e mail for warranty/out of warranty parts and authorizations for work. 24 hour response time. If I call, it is usually 24 hours before I get a call back. The problem is---MOST RV'ers that call have NO info ready to give to HWH, JUST LIKE ON THESE FORUMS. You MUST have Make Model Year RV and VIN number and the model of jack system you have. DON"T have that info ready and YOU waste their time and yours. People that do not have this info ready CLOG up the phone lines. They do not turn you away but it clogs up the TIME spent and that time is not available for people that DO have that info. Doug

I have had good luck calling them. I was stranded at a campsite about a month ago. My room slide would not close. I called first thing monday morning, was immediately transferred to tech. He gave me a few things to try. I tried them and called back, I had to leave a message with the operator for him, but he called me back within 15 minutes. I got the slide closed, went home and called HWH back and talked to the same tech and ordered the part I needed directly from him. Their service was excellant for me.
