My slide is dragging a little on one end attached is a picture can I adjust where red circles are to pick it up a little.

Yes you can, but it may not be your problem. Depending on your year and model you may have some poly rub blocks the the slides ride on. If they are worn out the slide will run lower in relation to the floor.

You really should replace them. With that said you cam "dial" in some height relative to the frame/floor with those adjustments. Just be careful as you will loose clearance at the top of the wall opening.
