Since you are a new Forum member....Good Sam Enterprises made a profit of almost $500 million last year, and has just posted a profit for the quarter of 13.4 percent to $146.3 million, and under Marcus the entire former "Affinity Group" is doing well.
If he hasn't answered you yet, maybe he's busy right now...
It's starting to look like you just joined today just to get your "issue" handled by a guy who is likely a very busy man.
When I see him I'll have him give you a "holla!"

I got a post closed because I commented it was interesting a new member's first post was a complaint.

I fail to understand why it is an issue for some of "you people" that a new members first post is a complaint. I bet with some of the self appointed "moderators" around here it can be difficult for some of the real moderators to get all the lipstick off their backsides.

Might be OPs first post here....but he did state that he called Marcus on the cell phone number Marcus called him from and left a message a week ago.
So posting on here....1st post or 1000th post seems like an avenue to get Marcus to contact him.
Sounds like some of the complaints folks have with CW in general...failure to call.

What is the appropriate number of posts for a new member to have before they're allowed to voice dissatisfaction?
Being that some people might be attracted to rv.net as a resource for problem resolution, it would be a shame for them to have to write a bunch of phony "I love Camping World" posts before they can get their actual concerns addressed.

No one is a self appointed anything! I have posted many questions and have faced he form police that question if I have the right to pose a question. These people have nothing better than to sit at their computer and make life miserable for other people. I suppose that is why they are divorced or live alone.
