We have a 1993 E-350 460 Mult Port Injection, that we are converting to a small tour bus for a band. This was a city Para-Transit bus that we have put about 5000 of the 180000 miles on her. Don't have the service records but sure she was well taken care of.
She has ran GREAT till we made a 20 mile trip and attempted to restart her 3-4 hrs later. It started with lots of smoke and ran rough, dieing when stepping on the gas.
Upon removing the doghouse I could see fuel seeping out from between the head and block around the 2nd cyl from the front on the drivers side. Thought injector was stuck open and so it was removed and well cleaned. No fix. Then traded injectors around and yet the same prob, from the same place. Checked for spark at that cyl and it looks good with a new plug.
Any IDEALS?
