HOW TO ENTER: Respondents are automatically entered into the prize drawing by completing and submitting online this survey by the expiration date. If respondent does not want to complete and submit a survey online, he/she may enter by mail. To do so, print name, street address, city, state, ZIP, telephone number, and complete email address if available, on a 3 1/2" x 5" piece of paper, insert in an envelope and mail to: Helen Solomon, Online Surveys, c/o AGI, 2575 Vista Del Mar, Ventura, CA 93001. This must be received by the expiration date. Limit one entry per household. No responsibility is assumed by AGI, and entrants waive all claims for lost, late, illegible or misdirected surveys and mailed entries or for any problems of technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer equipment, software, failure of any email service or any combination thereof including without limitation any damage to entrant's or any other person's computer resulting from participation in this promotion. All surveys become the property of AGI. Any attempt to damage the survey site or undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves right to prosecute violators to the fullest extent allowable by law. PRIZE: $100 Camping World Shopping Spree, (1) prize of $100 cash value. United States federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted, except by AGI due to prize unavailability at time of award. PRIZE DRAWING: Winner(s) selected in a random drawing to be conducted by AGI whose decisions are final on issues relating to this survey. The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Judging will take place at AGI's Camping World offices. Winners will be notified by email or telephone within [5] business days of drawing date. If Sponsor is unable to contact potential winner(s) by email or telephone, or if any potential winner fails to respond to the prize notification within 14 days of issuance of notification or if any winner fails to comply with any of the requirements, an alternate winner shall be selected through another random drawing conducted by AGI. Winners consent to the use of their name for promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Allow 4-6 weeks after verification of winner status for the receipt of prize by mail. If, in AGI's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the survey, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the survey, AGI reserves the right to terminate the survey and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all eligible online and write-in entries received as of the termination date. Should the survey be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the appropriate AGI web site(s). ELIGIBILITY: This survey is open to persons who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. This promotion is not open to employees of AGI and its affiliates, licensees, franchisees, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members of each. Certificate to be collected upon redemption. Any unused portion of this dollar amount cannot be exchanged for cash or used on a later transaction.
