Last weekend made a trip out to Lawson's Landing with a group of friends and had a blast. My wife brought pumpkins for the kids to carve, played many games of horse shoes after dodging the cows and ate ourselves silly. I smoked 8 racks of baby backs and we barbequed 50 oysters in various flavors. The weather was fantastic and I would recommend this place to everyone.

Now I've smoked a lot of things in my life, but never tried a babies back. I even tried horse sh-t cigarettes in Mexico once on a dare. Don't know why I had such a long face afterwards. But look, it appears you had a great time and great food, and that's what it's all about. Nice looking rig too, thanks for posting! BTW, those "kids" sure know how to carve a pumpkin there Dad.

We would go to the Oyster farm and buy 50 of them and fix them every way one could my my my how you make us think back!!! Thanks for the reminding us maybe I will sneakup to Austin and try to find some live Oysters here they sell them in buckets to make stew!!! Nothing like right off the grill for sure. thanks for the post. rvtommy
