The trip was incredibly long, at least, over 11K miles in 2 months. It was not my usual kind of back road, off road, boondocking trip in the southwest. It was primarily a chance to visit too long not seen family and friends scattered across the county from the San Francisco Bay area to south Texas to central Massachusetts. Also a time to see parts of Washington, D.C.
And since I was going that far east, may as well come back across Canada and down the Pacific coast.

Don't go paging down to find the 'secret' -- I'll get to it.

Most of this trip would not be of interest to many, I suspect, so I'll just post a few pictures here. If interested in more pictures, or my route, everything is here .

Joshua Tree National Park - last night on the road

And that's about it. Oh yeah, the secret.

Everyone on the TC forum is no doubt familiar with the outstanding pictures and writings of one of our most well known explorers.
But what secret is behind this, found on a nearly deserted road in Ontario?

Seldomseen is Canadian?
Seldomseen has visited Canada?
Seldomseen was run out of Canada?

I can't say for sure. But I can tell you that I did not explore the road because of the sign in the distance. It may hold the clue.

It says "None of you Arizona yahoos beyond this point! This means you, Smith!"

Wow cool trip!
Thanks for the wonderful far flung photos.
We're still wanting to do a loop of the USA. Including Canada with the Northwest Territories makes yours a very big loop.
Good show!
