Well, called Tues and told them about the problems and also my 50amp progressive circuit box 30 - 50 amp cord, and 30 - 20 amp cords were missing. Now Sat and no return call. I guess the Camping world people also on this site gave up...
Well, 14 weeks to fix the gen and wash and wax it. Got it back on Saturday. As you know they left the garage door open and rotted out the floor. The new floor looks great and they did a good job. They also ran into it with a fork lift and the repair looks good too.
Now the cons:
The bill came to $1,406. The gen now starts and runs but as soon as you put a load on it, it quits putting out voltage. I guess they never tested it out.
The 12v system wasn't working. They said the disconnect switch was off so someone just pulled it on and walked away and charged me 1/2 hour labor to do it. They never checked it out to see if it was working. (it wasn't)
So... $1,400 for a wash and wax and 14 weeks waiting.... I fixed the 12v yesterday myself. It was a bad breaker and I had an extra one from my Harley.
I'm going to call the manager today but have little hope anything will get done and to be honest I'm afraid to take it back....
