I'm wanting to build a rear deck on my 1995 Lance squire 185. I'm not quite sure where and how to attach it to a secure point. I dont want to start drilling only to find it to weak.. Plus I am also concerned with it leaking once I secure it. I am hoping that some of you guys have some pics of how you did yours.. I want it to be light as possible so i am thinking alum. with a expanded metal mesh floor. Let me hear your ideas and see those pics. Thanks!

Mine is very basic. It is suspended from the TC jack mounting brackets.

I fastened it to the middle bolt of the camper jacks... yes it's heavy.. I may have overbuilt it...lol. But it's also a hitch extension, you can it if you look close. I have since added my camper step to it and painted it and stained the boards and added reflecters.

Gee that thing is heavy, how exactly did you fasten the upper end of those turnbuckles to the camper, and I thought my yamaha generator might be too heavy.[emoticon]

Have you ever loaded the Mini that is sitting in front of your truck on that deck?
