Hi Robert,
Thanks for posting those links. I've been flicking through them. It is very interesting to see how campers are done down-under, especially the unconventional ones. There are some great ideas there. Obviously there is a lot of bias to tray-back / flat bed trucks that are common in Australia. I imagine that gives them more flexibility in the layout. I also notice that like in South Africa (I assume because of the climate) there is a lot more emphasis on cooking and eating outside.

Steve, that is correct. Caravans also have provisions generally for external/ internal cooking.
