RE: Fuel tank electrolosis rust removal

U can have a radiator shop clean & coat your fuel tank or if’s you’re inclined you can get “ gas tank coating “ on Amazon or elsewhere. I urge you to clean your tank TWICE according to the instructions! If you don’t get the tank completely cleaned & completely dry before you coat your tank the coating can come off and you will have a major headache.... I used to clean fuel tanks for a living.

RE: Death Valley NP

If you go through Baker, CA & head up to Shoshone, CA there is a Wonderful little campground with a volcanic heated swimming pool. In Shoshone there is 1 motel, 1 gas station mini mart 1 restaurant... The fuel is definitely costly in Shoshone... Also camping in Tecopa about 12 miles South of Shoshone...

RE: Harbor Freight Tailgator generator review

Bumpy Road..... I don’t purchase ANY food that comes from China ( don’t care to even guess what is in their food but not on the label ); but yes when it comes to shopping for items needed around the home Chinese products seem to be in favor... Wish manufacturing would move production to democratic countries.....

RE: Harbor Freight Tailgator generator review

BB TX.... Yes I know where my Honda generator was made; in Thailand..... Have less than 25 hours on it since April 2019 as my Made in the USA Solar Panels supply 99.6497&1/2% of our electricity needs..... Call me radical but I’m not a fan of Communism....

RE: Baja Trip In 2022

For some information you can go to the Baja Nomads forum and search camping & campgrounds. Also be able to read between the lines on that forum as some of the posters have been there & done that without ever leaving their computer...... David Kier on that forum is Very Reliable and a Great source of Reliable information..... One caution is that the roads are Narrow with No pullouts and you will probably loose your driver’s side mirror at a minimum...From Mexicali to San Felipe it’s pretty doable before roads get interestingly narrow....

RE: What do you do?

If’s you’re only talking about “around the campfire “ that would include reading, drinking, looking at aircraft, conversation, watching the campfire flames....At night looking at stars, satellites, aircraft, moon, shooting stars, conversation & more drinking....( sometimes the stargazing is difficult when an RV looks like the Las Vegas strip...)
