RE: Lexington , KY to OBX, NC

Wanderingaimlessly, that's a lot of detail, thanks! How is the traffic from Richmond down to Suffolk? We've been that way a couple of times and I feel like it was bad from anywhere south of DC. If you decide to come through Virginia as opposed to heading south through NC, avoid I-64 east of Richmond. Here is your Virginia route.

RE: The Bowlus is Back

A brand-new Bowlus is expensive? In what way? . It's also a work of art with its own aesthetic. The feng shui of that interior just draws me in. If I could afford the investment, I'd be there.

RE: Sharp reverse turn with Equl-i-zer hitch?

You need an Oldsmobile Tornado. I'm old enough to have seen that commercial on TV and it was a Toronado.

RE: Sharp reverse turn with Equl-i-zer hitch?

I'm no trying to be a smart ass. I've just noticed folks look at backing as a separate maneuver from driving forward. Isn't it the same path for the wheels? Do you remove (or not install) the bars when pulling out of the driveway? How is pulling out different from backing in? Teach

RE: Mass Pike Boston to Venice FL

Anyone go 81 to 66 to 234 to 95 down to FL and then a route down to Venice? 77 is pretty far down 81 before crossing over to 95 and it looks like more miles than 66?Yes. I live in Richmond and that is my route north and south. Rt. 234 is 4 lanes mostly. Also I-95 through Richmond is a piece of cake. Even rush hour doesn't come close to being a PITA when compared to DC, Baltimore, et. al. (I also take Rt.15 out of Harrisburg to Rt.17 to 95.) Teach
