RE: Outlook Contacts and Tasks

I am considering 1) Exporting my Calendar, Contacts and Tasks 2) changing the default PST 3) Importing my Calendar, Contacts and Tasks. OR At this point, I'm thinking of just leaving the old PST file in place. It isn't hurting anything and I'm liable to cause more trouble trying to do all the above. I just thought it would just be a matter of clicking on each task and updating the email address that owns it. Not so simple.....

RE: Outlook Contacts and Tasks

This topic is about Outlook2013 but I’m guessing it hasn’t changed with 365. Check out the last post: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/office-365-home-how-can-i-retrieve-my-outlook/6b70877b-86b5-4ca2-a837-88757a1b8df4 Thanks for the reply. Sounds like that guy has the problem I am looking to avoid. However, I am using POP not IMAP. The part about a “default data file>“ should help. Do you see one of your PST’s labeled with that? Yes the oldest email address's PST is listed as default. The more I read, the more afraid I am that changing that default to the new email address's PST file will mean that I won't see my old tasks or calendar events anymore - may only see the tasks and calendar events created after I change the default. I was hoping to find a way to modify existing calendar events and tasks and contacts. Not looking very likely but I'll keep reading.

Outlook Contacts and Tasks

Normally I can find what I am looking for with a Google Search but I am stumped this time. I use Outlook Office 365 for my Emails, Contacts and Tasks. I have three different email addresses that I access with Outlook Office 365. I am getting ready to delete the oldest email address and its PST file. I am afraid that I am going to lose the contacts and recurring tasks that I created years ago with that email address if I delete the PST file for that email address. So long story to get to this question - How can I tell which PST file a contact or task is stored in?

RE: RV Park Reviews

'm I the only one not happy with the new RV Park Reviews web site. They made an easy web site hard to use and find out what info you were looking for Totally agree with you! Used to use it all the time but they really broke it a couple years ago.

RE: travel concerns

Propane is not a problem as long as you turn the tanks off before you get to the tunnels and some of the bridges. We traveled up the entire east coast and went through every tunnel imaginable and they just stopped you to ask if the tanks are turned off. None of them even checked. Some people claim that you can't have propane with you but I found out differently. Be forewarned if you elect to follow BarabooBob's advice. You may find a toll booth attendant that know and follows the rules who will deny you access to the tunnel. Then you will have the option of exiting to the surface streets or turning back the way you came. Just because one toll booth attendant let one guy through, doesn't mean they all will.

RE: Baltimore area campground

that is a tough area to find a good campground without a lot of traffic to get to Johns Hopkins. If you are retired or active duty military, Aberdeen Proving Ground has a great campground as well as Ft. Meade. Otherwise Abingdon is probably your best bet. Be careful going downtown to Johns Hopkins.

RE: Another ‘dadgum’ post re: tire PSI…please bear with me…

In your first post, you seem to discount the value of a four corner weighing. It really can identify issues that you may not be aware of that could be causing your problem. Also I agree with some of the other posters, tire pressure set too low is one of the primary cause of tire failure, along with the tires being overloaded.

RE: Operating on a 20amp circuit

just be sure you know what else may be on that line. We did almost exactly what you are describing at a friends house. Worked fine in the beginning but then house breaker would trip from time to time regardless of what was running in the coach. Turned out that his extra fridge in his basement was on the same line as the garage outlet we were using. when the fridge kicked on, house breaker would trip. once we got his fridge plugged into another outlet on another circuit, we were fine in the coach.

RE: Looking for Recommendations for a Replacement Water Pump

I would get a later model of the Shur-flo pump. Shur-flo pump we went with this one too. Much quieter than our original one.

RE: Onan generator

does your generator slide out for easy access? again, you will likely get better answers in the Class A section instead of the Class C section.

RE: HD sat dish needs replacing.....not covered?

most extended contracts exclude things that were not installed by the factory. Have you read your contract to see if it addresses this?

RE: What is your towing experience with Chrysler Pacifica

We just bought a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica. The towing capacity is rated at 3600 lbs. My wife wants to get a popup and all of them she wants are about 2500lbs or more empty. I don't want to tow up to capacity and she doesn't see the problem. Anybody out there towing with a Pacifica? What's your experience and how much do you tow? Have you had any vehicle problems? I'm especially concerned about the transmission because I can't choose the gear with Chrysler's spin-the-dial gear shift. Towing capacity is only one thing to consider. What is the GVWR for the vehicle? GVWR is the maximum weight capacity of a vehicle without a trailer attached. Towing capacity, on the other hand, is the maximum weight capacity of the vehicle, specifically in terms of how heavy of a trailer it can tow. How much will the Pacifica weigh with everyone in it and loaded to go camping and how much weight will hooking up the pop-up add to the Pacifica - i.e. the tongue weight?

RE: Allowing non-housebroken dog to move in

You are in a tough situation. You have my sympathy. Suggest you limit the dog to one room unless it is being closely monitored by a family member other than your Mother. That family member is going to have to watch the dog like a hawk and take it to do its business immediately with the hope that it can be trained properly. I would also suggest since it is a small dog that you google options for training a dog to use a litter box. Hopefully others will chime in with more suggestions.

Reminds me of the First night of three day trip, 3 year old grandson says "PopPop you should live with me". Second night of trip, grandson says "PopPop I should live with you".
