RE: Truck tires

The tires on a Chevy Trail Boss so not sure how they’d look BUT. They’ve been great tires tread wise just not noise wise.

Truck tires

Throw out some brand of tires y’all use on tow vehicles. I’ve got a set of good year wrangler dura trac that has 48,00 miles on them but they are very loud.

RE: A/C

Of course it is up to you but we leave our 3 vents and a couple of windows open during the summer months. Our RVs have always been stored at home, plugged in with batteries fully charged and fridge running for any whim departures during active RVing season. If someone is staying over we will run RV ACs for as long as needed, we don't fret the electric bill or the fuel bill, why would we even have an RV if that was the case. I live in the country with a long dusty road so I can’t leave the windows open or it would look like a desert. I do have vent covers on top so that helps

A/C

While parked at home I have been leaving my A/C running at at 80 degrees while not inside. Should I leave a/c on or just run the vents? It’s 103 degrees in Texas daily

RE: Eastbound

We made reservations at Oak Plantation Campground for the week. Any complaints or kudos for this campground?

Casino parking

Would like to stop and park at Margaritaville in Bossier City. Is there any problems parking overnight there? Just be one night and will use casino and restaurants. I have emailed them to inquire but no response as of yet. Has anyone else done this?

Eastbound

We ar looking at heading east from Texas for some genealogy work. Want to go to Newberry, SC, then Flat Rock, NC. It’s a 1000 mile trip one way. So, where should we stop along the way and where while there?
