RE: Class A quality

is any of this $30 K difference because one has a fiberglass roof and the other rubber/TPO? bumpyBumpy, what is your obsession with this. I have a TPO roof that is 19 years old and still in very good condition. I could care less if an RV has a fiberglass or TPO or whatever kind of roof as long as it hasn't been abused and has been maintained.

RE: 2006 fleet wood discovery

I had an 07 with a 330 cat, it was on the passenger side, could access it from underneath but it was a real pain.

RE: Had our catalytic converter stolen

Beware of any of the companies that sell replacements online especially if they're across the country and wants to sell you new replacements cheap. They will fit but if you have to have a smog check the printed numbers on the converter might show up as not an approved unit for the state in which you live. Just went to storage Thursday to pick mine up to leave for a trip Friday morning. Started it up and and knew right away my cat was gone. Contacted the storage management and they said several have been reported. Referred me to a muffler shop, went in a 7:30 the next morning was out of there by 8:00 and $1700 poorer.

RE: Rexhall aerbus vs Fleetwood pace arrow

the fleetwood probably has a rubber roof. how about the rexhall? bumpyMy TPO "rubber" roof has been flawless for the last 19 years. That should not be a consideration.

You are correct, just 1 12v deep cycle should last years

RE: New Roof installed - RV Armor should I get it

My TPO roof is 19 years old, never an issue. I do inspect it and I did put Eternabond on most of the seams a few years ago. You just got a new roof, no reason to put another new roof on top of it right now.

RE: Garage floor coating recommendations

I just did a water based product from Armorpoxy, won the kit in a contest, you can read my write up at Garage Journal. One thing I would do differently is practice throwing the flakes (if you are done that) I am upset at myself for not doing that, it still looks way better than before but could done a much better job.

RE: Old Vs New Rig

I have basically the same set up, my 03' southwind V10 and a 20ft enclosed with a rhino and 3 dirt bikes. Would I like more power, yup, absolutely. Is it really needed, no it tows fine a couple places up steep grades it is going slow, but no slower than the semi-trucks, faster than some. To get more power you would need to go with a 06' or newer with a 5 speed trans or much newer 2016 for the 6 speed. To me its not worth it, these engines go 200,000-300,000 miles. Update what you have and keep that paid off coach.

RE: 22 to 24 foot garage?

We are looking at a toy (plane), that would need a flat floor (no wheel wells)22 feet long (24 would be nice for a winch) X 8 feet high (9 is better) X 8 feet wide. No cabinets, no junk on the walls, no folding bed, just a box. Normally just 2 of us traveling, so 10 to 14 feet of living quarters should be enough. It is light, less than 1,000 pounds with full tanks. I spent about 4 hours looking on the net, but nothing so far. I thought that I would ask rather than reinventing the wheel. Otherwise, a truck camper and trailer.Would be easier finding a unicorn or weaving straw into gold. Just a empty trailer 16' long is over 1000lbs. You need to rethink things.

RE: Looking at a couple of new (used) motorhome options. Advice?

TiffenThis is the one I would seriously look at if you were in the market. Rexall is out of business, not a huge deal but between them being a very small company to begin with there is not tons of specific support out there.
