RE: Go ahead...give it a try....

Vaccines work, whether you like that idea or not. IF they do, and I think they do. Then why would a vaccinated person care if some one else doesn't. Them not being vaccinated does NOT affect a vacced person at all. It's their choice if they want to take the chance or not. None of my business Because the people that have taking the vaccine would like to see an end to this pandemic and the restrictions that go with it. People that are against the vaccine are going to prolong this pandemic and cause more death and suffering.

RE: Go ahead...give it a try....

Good to see that those anti-vax clowns got caught. Also they should be barred from entering Canada in the future.

RE: Portable gas detector

There is no green light on on the detector. I have not had a chance to take it in to campingworld for several things it needs just wondered why the portable 10 year multi detectors would not be superior. Doug I don't think they exist. Please supply a link to this 10 year detector.

RE: Off grid for first time, need some guidance !

Get a 1000 watt generator to charge your battery

RE: Portable gas detector

Good luck with Google. I don't think you will find a battery operated (9 volt or double battery) LP gas detector besides the 12v hard wired models.

RE: Forthcoming Closures In E Washington as of 7/23/21

Unfortunately climate change is going to make situations like this worse in the near future.

RE: Possible Canada boarder opening mid August

Azdryheat. You can keep your papers private but do not expect to travel outside the USA. Or even enter many concerts, sports events, museums, restaurants and more. Your choice. That's good stay put, you will be happy and we will be happy.

RE: Canada opens land border and more airports to US visitors

Sounds like they don’t want us there. Keep your money in the states. You are welcome here in Canada, the Covid is not.

RE: Walmart selling LiFePo4 batteries $539

Gdetrailer, Yes, I thought it was being backed up by Walmart. GD is basically correct, they kind of operate like Amazon. But, every once in a while they have a great deal I can't pass up and I just have it shipped to the local store for free. Don't know what their return policy is but it's assume it's pretty liberal like their in store returns. Never had to return anything. I think you can do returns at the store but somebody should check me on that. They had a smoking deal on the Carlisle Radial Trailer tires I purchased for my old trailer a couple years ago. Discount Tire is right next door so they matched the price. Twice previous I have ordered from a third party vendor and Walmart excepted the return as if it was purchased in store.

RE: Should Be Simple But..

Turn on pump and leave it on so there is constant pressure just like being connected to "park water" for a few hours. If no leak then you know the leak is on the "park water" supply. That will help narrow it down a bit.

RE: black water tank treatments

Been using 1 cup Calgon, 1/2 cup laundry soap (about every third dump) for two decades and have had great success. Sensors have even worked great.

RE: Griz kills women outside Glacier

The poor poor bear was disoriented, hungry, having a bad hair day and as always angry. They can easily run at least 35 mph and are top apex predators. Some folks including a federal judge wants to reestablish them in California, Colorado, etc so I heard a year ago. Kids are like yum yum candy to them I suspect. I never camp or fish or hike where I have to look over my shoulder constantly and always scanning 360 degrees. I am constantly in black bear country but not concerned as I carry spray and heavy duty iron for. Mountain lions and rattle snakes are more of a threat to my personal safety than black bears IMHO. Never encountered one in many years of outdoor activities in PNW states but prepared for the eventual happening. I enjoy being a bully to the bullies on another forum. Cheers I don't see the humor here. I'm I missing something? My heart goes out to her family.

Good to hear that you found the problem.

RE: New battery no power

Check for a small circuit breaker within 3 feet of the battery. There should be a very small reset button, push to reset. If there is 12v power when plugged in the reverse polarity fuses are OK and the converter is working.
