RE: New GFI Outlet Will Not Reset

We had that same problem with an outside GFCI at home. Whenever it rained it would trip.

RE: 4 season camping

IMHO there is no such thing as a 4-season camper, ie. one that can be used in the dead of winter. It's not a house. One option might be to buy a 3-season camper and rent a cabin for the really cold times and locations.

RE: Desert Southwest suggestions

I'd look at Adventure Caravans Grand Circle tour of the Western Parks to get an idea of where they go in the month of September.

RE: utah activities for seniors

You might also be interested in Adventure Caravans Grand Circle tour of the Western Parks. It takes the entire month of September but you will have seen as much of the west as possible for your physical situation. If interested you might call and ask them about hiking.

RE: Full timing question

Probably a better definition of `arm and leg' would be in order.

RE: asking for suggestions/opinions

How about going back to square one and think about whether or not you really need an RV. If you always go back to the same campground what about renting one of their cabins and put the sale money for the TT into Starbucks stock?

RE: Looking for RV parks near Boston MA

While waiting try searching for Boston in the RV Parks section of this Forum.

RE: Where, oh where to go

Do a Google search for `______ tourism' and put the State, City or area in the blank space and take your pick.

RE: Interior adhesive

How about Loctite Power Grab all-purpose construction adhesive which they state is good to hang even towel bars

RE: Why do I still look at my tankl level gauges?

I haven't been RVing for several months but I seem to remember that the Freshwater gauge might be `accurate' and maybe even the gray tank. But the black tank is hopeless. I just go by the number of days we've been camping since the last dump. I think we can go a week.

RE: Orlando area long term recommendations

There is also the Clerbrook Golf and RV Resort in Clermont which is about 25 miles from Orlando. Just my $.03.

RE: Badlands

When all is lost one might do a Google search for `Badlands campground' and see what comes up.

RE: Anything to see?

While waiting you could do a Google search for `_____ tourism' and put the city, state or area in the blank and read what the experts recommend.

RE: Must see in Maine?

You could also do a Google search for Maine tourism.

RE: melting plug

I'm wondering if a 30 amp adapter would work for you. If it is a post problem the adapter might take the hit leaving the cable in tact. Just my $.03.

RE: Planning a cross country trip - questions

We like to arrive at a new campground on Sunday night and leave on Friday morning. Not much trouble finding a site. For weekends it would be good to plan ahead and make a reservation possibly for the entire week if the local sights warrant.

RE: Tankless water heater

Be sure to search this Forum for `tankless' before committing.

RE: Read Aloud Books -- follow the bouncing ball

Not to be a wet blanket but can one read and ride at the same time without experiencing motion sickness? Another possible idea is old time radio cd's; no bad words, no sex, and use of a child's imagination which far exceeds any written material. If interested check out Radio Archives.com. No, I don't work for them...

RE: Fort Wilderness Trip Planned

We took our bikes and rode around FW on them and saved a bunch of money. As I remember the cart was almost as much as the site per day.

RE: Sacramento to South Carolina

Mountain Directory West would be a good resource. Stick to the interstates for the least mountainous routes. Have you considered United, American or Southwest?
