RE: Need help bad!!

The breaker could be located anywhere in the hydraulic compartment. It was an son of a booger to find. Mine was three feet away from the pump against the front wall behind a bundle of wires. Apparently, they can place it anywhere. I will post some pictures when I get set up at my destination.

RE: Need help bad!!

Figured it out!! There is an extremely difficult breaker to find!! Finally after much investigation I found it and it had an extremely small reset lever on it. Reset and all is working well!!

Need help bad!!

My stabilizing jack and slide outs operate on hydraulic. I retracted the slides and it quit operating. There is a selenoid with heavy gauge wire attached to it near the pump, that clicks on and off when power is sent to it. However, no hydraulic activation. I don’t have schematics to refer to. Plenty of power to the selenoid, I tried tapping it and jumping it, no luck. Suggestions please!! Also is there any way to manually operate the two front stabilizers to raise and lower in order to hookup? Thanks, David

RE: How to raise one end of slide out??

The rollers are destroyed on that end. One fell on the ground. Is this a dealer fix or back to the manufacturer? I don’t think it will close without causing extensive damage!!

RE: After thirty years of purchasing and five RVs later!!

I understand people will be curious, and I’m willing to share via PM. Please keep in mind, I’m a man of my word. Heck, I work in the only Super Maximum Prison in the State. You’re word may be the only source that keeps you alive, trust me!! I don’t want this turning into a RVW bash session. They were great for decades, as were their products. They’ve simply way outgrown themselves considering logistics and ability to properly provide quality prep, repair and follow up customer service!! Once again, the customer service from both David and Michael Durnell was nothing less than disrespectful and painted with blatant lies. Never once was I disrespectful!! Michael on the other hand was disgraceful!! For example, it he were an Offender where I work, his attitude would get him, well you can imagine!!

How to raise one end of slide out??

Hey guys, I have a hydraulic driven slide out. On one side, where the domestic refrigerator is, the slide is apart .25 inches lower and has now torn the vinyl floor. I have posted pictures of what I believe is the adjustment bolt. I need instructions on how to raise this end up. Thanks: David

After thirty years of purchasing and five RVs later!!

After decades and multiple purchase, I’m done!! Heck, I was one of their first customers!! I won’t go into details, nor will I whine about the HORRIBLE treatment I received after my last purchase. I will never purchase from RVWholesalers again. I would rather pay a bit more from a local dealership!! I’m absolutely disgusted !! You’re choice and you’re experience may differ, as mine did for decades. However, now buyer please be aware!! David. You can tell from prior posts, that I hate to post warnings!!

Dometic 15K A/C Blowing Warm/Hot Electric Smell?

Hey guy's, My Dometic 15K A/C is blowing warm air and has a distinct smell. I'm not sure if it's hot electric or not. Breakers are off! It is only four months old and I'm have a heck of time finding a mobile RV tech near St Louis. As most, I've had a rig for decades and been in/out of these doing self repair. I have no inside access to the unit in order to check it. With that, where should I start? I hope to find a tech for warranty, however, it's time to get the ball rolling on figuring this out. Also, these new digital thermostats that have an "auto" mode vary the fan speed from high to low accordingly. I'm not convinced I like that feature, as the speed fluctuates regularly. I always ran my units on direct high in the heat/humidity. Thought's?? Thanks, David

Mobile Tech Near St. Louis?? Compressor fried.

I'm in need of a mobile RV Tech approx. 25 miles outside of St. Louis. I believe the AC compressor is toast. Blowing warm air, with a chemical smell, not hot electric. Thanks, David

Are these hydraulic limiter valves?? Picture

I have two hydraulic slides that operate simultaneously. One slide is not opening completely. I suspect it is pressure related. Are these limiter/regulator hydraulic valves? If so any suggestions on how to adjust so the one slide opens completely. Also, I have the hydraulic leveling system. Not sure what to do here. Thank you: David https://i.imgur.com/RWovO1kl.jpg
