Storage in Barn for winter.

I have just completed my new pole barn and will be storing the fifth wheel in there once the concrete cures enough. My question is since I now have electricity in the storage barn should I leave it plugged in or should I remove the battery? Should I put Wood under the tires for the storage time?

Size of Garage door

I am building a pole barn to store my fifth wheel and other toys My contractor states that a 14'x14' would do what I need. My current Fifth Wheel measured at the top of the air conditioner to the ground is 12'6". My question do any manufacturers build taller than 13'? Thanks

RE: cable splitter location

Have you tried replacing the end of the coax connection? I was also having issues and the person at the factory that crimped the cable did not do a good job. When I replaced both ends behind the wall plate I got much better signal.

RE: Backup Camera

I have installed the Furion 7" observation camera with two maker light cameras on my 32 'Fifth Wheel. I love the system and wish I would have installed it earlier it would have saved some arguments when parking in the campground. I wired it to rear center clearance light and the 2 side running lights on the front of the 5th wheel.

Cutitng Fiberglass

I am ready to install a larger Hot Water heater in my 5th Wheel I have to open the hole in the Fiberglass by 4" on top and 4" on one side. What is the best way to cut the fiberglass without it chipping and cracking. This is on a 2002 Gulfstream Seahawk. Thanks

RE: Over the Air Antenna

I had this issue on my 5th Wheel and it was a bad crimp and wired wrong at the TV distribution block. Mine was located near the rear TV and it was on the amplifier where the connection was hooked up wrong.

Installing a larger Water heater 5th Wheel

I have a suburban SW6de in our 5th wheel and it needs to be replaced I think the Porcelain liner is shot because it it sets for a week I get rusty water. Last fall when putting away I had Blue flecks coming out when I rinsed.. I was looking into upgrading to SW12DE heater I know the opening is bigger and I can make that happen and I have the space. When I called about the water Heater they stated you should go to the 16 gallon for only $75.00 more fits in the same opening as a 10-12 gallon. So my Question is it worth it to have 4 more Gallons??

RE: Meter for Dish DPH LNBs

Look on EBay for a Super Buddy or Supper Buddy 29 they were made by Applied Instruments. They can be found on there from anywhere $200.00 on up and they still are being supported just updated software last week on mine.
