I agree that it is the credit card company. However, I am suprised that Good Sam Itself does nothing about this problem. Maybe they can respone to this.

Good Sam Credit Card from Cometity Bank

Having extreme difficulties in dsiputing Two credit card chrges from a campground. Comietity led me to believe I was speaking to a dispute team member. However after three weeks and three supervisors later I was told that no card holders are allowed to speak with the dispite team. Ater initial dispute had a provisional credit issued that was taken away the same day. After waiting for a week called credit card back and was told that a letter was sent to my address even though they had been told that I was traveling and not at home. Begged them to email the letter. They finnally emailed it. Told them it waould take several days to respond because reply had to be sent back by postal service. Sent reply by certified mail. Called them two days after they recieved my reply. Was told that they closed my dispute because I did not reply. That I now had to ask to reopen dispute by going online to their secure communication site. That same day I attempted to do that and the system would not send my reply. Finnally two days later the system worked. I have never had a problem with Good Sam or their roadside assistance. Please be aware of the credit card not standing behind Good Sam Members.
