RE: Trip from West Coast around the US

Thank you for your iiput. We have seen all the parks you mentioned also Stutgis on the motorcycle. Looking for input on East coast travel. Little fearful of East of Cooperstown NY. Want to take coach east as far as we can before using toad to sightsee. Need to avoid getting to Far East that 95 is our only way south without a back track. Looking at rv parks that close early Oct. do not want to fight Mother Nature. Have to see Nova Scotia, Portland Maine,Boston.maybe even a baseball game in October. Thank you for all your interest.

Trip from West Coast around the US

Link | Quote | Edit | Print | Notify Moderator Planning a trip from Wash St to the East coast then south to Florida return the Southen coast and up thru Ca to Washington. Driving 40' Pusher with toad. Any suggestions on best way to see the eastern states ( park the coach and explore in the toad)? Want to see Niagra Falls, Nova Scotia. Maine and states south. Concerns are size of coach with congestion don't want to add to the problem. Tunnels appear that may cause a problem with propane on board. Not apposed to parking the Motorhome and doing B&Bs for short stays. Any suggestions on how to make the most of the trip will be greatly appreciated. Plans are to leave Wa Labor Day weekend. Thanks in advance

Benefits of registration in SD

Currently all vehicles are registered in Wa State. After being on the road most of the year we have noticed a lot of motorhomes registered in South Dakota. Would someone tell me the benefits if there are any to license in SD.

Toad wobble

On return trip to Gig Harbor twice at low speeds we experienced a wobble severe enough to stop the coach in traffic to inspect. Found no indicators of what might cause this coach shaking wobble. Towing with Falcon tow bar 2016 Ford Edge. Have towed the same configuration for 6000 miles with no problems. Any suggestions as to what might cause this low speed wobble(10mph-20mph)max. Happened with rough uneven road conditions. Thanks for your suggestions, I will post my findings.

Norcold Refrigerator

One the road back to Washington from Palm Springs only to find out refer won’t run on propane. Keeps throwing error code No Fl. Which means no fuel flow. Tried bleeding the line several times . Lights but won’t stay lit more than 30 seconds. Any suggestions would be helpful. Don’t want to run generator all the way home. Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions.
