RE: knee relacement

My husband had two knee replacement a year a part. According to him it was more painful than back surgery. He started going to therapy three day after coming home from the hospital. He didn't want a nurse coming over so he figure if I can walk upstairs I sure can go to therapy three days a week. He did therapy for 2 1/2 months. Best of Luck and keep up with the therapy.

Yes! We don't have many power outages, but if we do it's awesome to have a backup.

RE: Rv's are the new housing.

I hate to say it, but the Homeless Population in California isn't a priority with our politicians. It's only going to get worst.

RE: Much of a difference between 13,500 or 15,000 BTU A/C?

I'd go for 13500 as they can be run on a 15 amp circuit. We have a 35ft. motorhome with ducted air and added a Atwood Air Command 13,500 BTU non-ducted Air Conditioner. We spend a lot of time in Palm Desert and the River. It is really nice having both airs running.

RE: question about camping with a pittbull

I'm sometimes a little cautious around guard dogs. In January Joshua Tree woman fatally attacked by four Pit dogs We have a friend that their daughter was mauled by a Pit Bull a few years ago. She was very lucky. She does have a few scares on her face from it. Another friend of ours had a doberman. The owner had a baby doll rapped up in a blanket and the dog broke through the slider screen and went after the doll. She wanted to test out the dog before she introduced the dog to her grandchild.

RE: question about camping with a pittbull

Based on data regarding dog attacks in the U.S. and Canada between 1982 and 2014, the dogs most likely to bite humans are: Pit bulls. Rottweilers. Pit bull mixes. German shepherds. Bullmastiffs. Wolf hybrids. Huskies. Akitas. Our home Insurance won't allow us to have any of those dogs on that list. A Chow is another dog they won't allow.

RE: Our first extended trip with a dog

Always make sure your dog is wearing a harness, especially when tied up. Our dog did a back flip and damaged his growing plates. Big mistake we didn't have a harness on him when he was tied up.

RE: convection microwave

I love our microwave convection oven. I rarely use the other oven in the motorhome. I only use the rack when I have two things in the oven at one time. The only time I use the turntable is when I use microwave.

RE: What apps do you use that you find really helpful?

Not really RV Apps. I like Evernote, Twitter, Next Episode, Weather Underground Happy Dayz, Nextdoor, Sensored Life (temp alert) and Wunderlist.
